Fair use
You may use Note Harbor for personal study, research, and educational purposes. You may not use it to violate copyright, distribute someone else's paywalled material, or scrape Note Harbor programmatically.
Your content, your rights
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to provide the service (generate cards, run chat, etc.).
Subscriptions & refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days at hello@noteharbors.com.
